​Hello, I’m Robyn Nesbitt, a colourist with a rich background in visual arts. I hold Master’s degrees in Visual Arts and Education from the University of Barcelona, and in Fine Arts from the University of Cape Town. My foundation in printmaking, photography, and experimental filmmaking gives me a nuanced understanding of colour, light, and moving images. My artistic sensibilities, collaborative nature, and technical expertise have allowed me to seamlessly transition into the role of a colourist, where I bring an intuitive eye to my grading practice.

 

My portfolio includes a diverse array of projects such as commercials, documentaries, narratives, music videos, and experimental films. In every collaboration, I bring a keen insight and passion for colour and film, enriching each project with my artistic sensibility and technical knowledge from start to finish. I’m currently based in Cape Town, South Africa, but I’m available to work remotely worldwide.
